A data dashboard to monitor clinic results: Designing Convatec’s Wound Care Dashboard

A research team at convatec had been collecting a growing amount of data from wound care clinics throughout Latin America.

Looking to elevate the basic set of charts they had compiled, I was asked to bring a UX process to the project and help them transform a proof-of-concept into an interactive tool.

After conducting a few interviews with stakeholders to get a better understanding of the dashboard’s purpose and final audiences were I began exploring improvements to the tool’s information architecture.
